SIGMA SECURITIES LIMITED was incorporated on 30th May, 1995 as a Limited Liability Company under the Nigeria’s Companies and Allied Matters Decree 1990. The Company is duly registered by the Securities and Exchange Commission as a broker dealer and was also granted a Dealing Membership license by the Council of The Nigerian Stock Exchange on 26th July, 1995. The company commenced operation with an Authorized Share Capital of =N=5,000,000 (Five million Naira) on 1st April, 1997 as a specialist stockbroking investment company and provider of active investment products and services to both institutional and individual investors.
